Thank you for your interest in St. John Lutheran School. Our enrollment steps are listed below.  Open enrollment is currently available for the 2017-2018 school year. 

  1. Contact our Director of Admissions at to schedule a tour of our St. John Lutheran Church & School campus.
  2. Tour the campus and share any specific questions or concerns you or your family may have.
  3. Submit a St. John Lutheran School application with a $100 application fee.
  4. Schedule a time to meet with our Principal, Mr. Todd Pehlke.
  5. If you require financial assistance, visit for information and to apply on-line. Information is kept confidential. (Note: A school application must be submitted to the Admissions office prior to submitting a TADS application).
  6. Once your child is accepted, submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate, current medical form, and updated immunization records (for prospective Kindergarten students). Also, complete a transfer of records document in order to have your child’s official record transferred from his/her previous school (1st to 8th grade students).
  7. For prospective Kindergarten students, submit an evaluation form completed by his/her Preschool teacher. (If your child is enrolled in St. John Preschool, we will handle this step internally for you).
  8. Complete a VANCO financial authorization form for your automatic tuition deductions and include a voided blank check. Tuition may also be paid in full in advance. A tuition schedule will be provided to upon enrollment. 
  9. Attend the back-to-school registration event in August and sign up for a private classroom visit. (For enrollment after the registration day, this step will be covered with you in the Admissions office).
  10. Attend a private classroom visit with you, your child and your child’s teacher and learn all about your child's first day of school!
