2026 MI District Youth Gathering

This summer, our youth ministry is thrilled to attend the Michigan High School Youth Gathering once again, taking place June 28th – July 1st, with over 1,200 students from across the state coming together for worship, service, learning, and unforgettable community.

We are especially grateful that this is familiar territory for us.  Our ministry has been attending these gatherings since 2008, and year after year we have seen how God uses this experience to strengthen faith, deepen friendships, and remind students that they are part of something much bigger than themselves – the Body of Christ.

The unique and beautiful Mackinac Island setting will enable students to unplug from daily distractions and fully engage in worship, servant events, large-group sessions, and small-group conversations centered on Christ.
What’s Included
The total cost per student is $700, but thanks to support of our ministry, students will only be charged $300.  This is an incredible opportunity at a significantly reduced cost.
The $300 includes:
  • Transportation to Mackinaw City
  • 4 days/3 nights at Mission Point Resort
  • Round-trip ferry ride to and from Mackinac Island
  • 7 meals
  • All servant events and gathering programming
  • Official MI Youth Gathering t-shirt
  • A boat ride under the Mackinaw bridge
  • Bike rental to ride around the island
Additional Spending Money
Students should plan to bring extra spending money for:
  • Lunch on the way to Mackinaw Island
  • Snacks and famous Mackinaw Island fudge
  • Lunch on the way home on July 1st.
Why We Go
The Michigan High School Youth Gathering is more than a trip – it’s a faith-forming milestone.  Students worship boldly with peers, serve joyfully, grow spiritually, and return home encouraged and energized in their walk with Jesus.
We are excited and prayerful as we prepare for another meaningful Gathering, trusting God to move powerfully in the hearts of our students once again.

The 2026 Michigan District Youth Gathering will be held on Mackinac Island, June 28 – July 1.

The total cost of the trip is $300.
