There is no manual for the perfect way to grow your faith. No one-size-fits-all. But there are things we can each do to move forward in our journey with God and others. Only you and God know your heart and where to go next.
Below are some ways for you to get connected and grow here at St. John.
Serve Opportunities
Just imagine what God can do through you! St. John Lutheran fosters a faith community where everyone uses their unique, God-given set of gifts, including time, talents, abilities, passions, and experiences, to joyfully go out and humbly serve others in their community, congregation, and world with open hearts of compassionate mercy in Jesus’ name.
At St. John, we are committed to using our gifts and talents to serve God where He has placed us. Do you love to sing or play an instrument? Do you have the gift of hospitality? Would you like to volunteer in a children’s ministry? Do you enjoy crafts, sewing, carpentry, or gardening? In addition to numerous ongoing opportunities to serve, several large events occur each year that call for many volunteers to step up.

Bible Studies & Small Groups
Have you ever wondered where to turn to discover what God thinks or how he feels about you or other relevant circumstances in our world? The thing is, we don’t have to guess where to find him…he reveals himself through his Word! And that makes spending intentional time in his Word a really big deal!
We are all really busy people but no matter how busy we get we all still take time to eat. God’s Word is food for the soul and once you experience times of discovery in it you’ll wonder how you survived without it.
From children to seniors....ESL to parenting...beginning basics to more in-depth large and small group studies...when it comes to Biblical discovery there truly is something for everyone no matter your age, life circumstance or schedule.
