Family of God – Monthly Serve Event

Volunteers are needed to prepare and serve food at our Mission Partner, Family of God in Detroit. If you are able to donate, prepare and/or serve food, on the first Sunday of the month (dates below), please click on the button below to sign up.
Donated items can be dropped off to the St. John Church kitchen between Friday and Sunday of the serve weekend (please label “Family of God”). 4 – 6 volunteers are also needed to serve the meal. Volunteers typically car pool from St. John, leaving at 2:00 PM.
St. John is looking for a volunteer that would like to lead this ministry and coordinate the monthly serve events. If you feel called to lead this ministry, or for more information, please contact our Director of Mission Mobilization, Jennie Eller.
