2025 Confirmation Classes

Confirmation is the public affirmation of baptism and faith. St. John offers Confirmation classes to any student entering the 7th grade. The classes include the study of the Old Testament, the Book of Mark, the book of Acts and discussion of current events, and other topics. Small group discussion and specific parental involvement at home are key parts of the class. A full description of what is required to complete Confirmation can be found HERE.

The goal of Confirmation classes is to prepare students to continue growing in their faith beyond confirmation instruction. These classes help students connect with their Christian faith family as they enter high school and equip them to articulate their faith from a Lutheran perspective.
